In my experience helping hundreds of scam / blackmail victims, blackmailers are bluffing.
Do not pay him anything.
Block and stop all communication with him.
Why don’t the little sugar breeches gun owners understand that life isn’t all sunshine and rainbows?
If necessary change your phone number or create a new email address.
